Fabricio Vargas

DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

Graduated in International Relations with a focus on Business and Marketing from the Escuela Superior de Propaganda y Marketing (ESPMBrazil).

He held key positions at New Ventures Mexico and AIESEC Brazil, collaborating with institutions such as Mondelēz, Santander, and Volkswagen.

He is the founder of Impacto EDL and serves as the Responsible Leader for the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt. He is certified as a Producer in Design, Planning, and Coordination of Events by the prestigious Condé Nast College Vogue Spain. Additionally, he holds a certification in Audiovisual Production from 35mm, Spain.

He is a +B Consultant and is committed to giving his projects a sustainable focus. His experience allows him to create innovative projects, precisely addressing the goals of each organization.

An expert in Design Thinking and community creation, his work also includes collaborations with organizations such as Fomin-BID, Johnson & Johnson and Levoca in the UK, and he leads projects in multiple countries. 

Hans Gysel

COFOUNDER

He studied Actuarial Science at UDLAP, obtained a Master’s in International Finance from IEAF (Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts) in Spain, and is an International Financial Advisor certified by ACIIA (Association of Certified International Investment Analysts) in Germany.

He is a speaker and expert in sales and finance. With over 17 years of dedication, his passion is to catalyze human potential, empowering individuals to generate more value and achieve their life goals.

He has collaborated with prominent financial institutions such as Citigroup, Santander, and Vector, and is a certified International Financial Advisor by ACIIA in Germany.

As a certified Coach by Erickson Coaching International in Canada, he has positively influenced numerous companies such as Seguros Monterrey New York Life, Johnson & Johnson, Banco Santander, among others.

Passionate about exploring the world, he has left his mark in more than 45 countries and 10 cities, guiding others towards personal fulfillment.

Carla del Río

Institutional Development

With a background in Communication, she merges diverse perspectives in her projects. From designing executive conferences at the Institute for International Research to coordinating courses at JD Edwards Co., she has accumulated a rich trajectory.

Her focus evolved towards institutional management, excelling as Facilities Manager at OracleLATAM, where she led projects in multiple countries, balancing cultures and guidelines.

Carla is a +B Consultant supporting companies in conducting their sustainability diagnosis.

She excels in project development and monitoring, as well as group facilitation. Her passion lies in bringing people together to achieve common goals.

Sergio Sánchez

ACTOR, CONSULTANT, AND TEACHER

Always drawn to art and communication, Sergio studied Image, Sound, and Graphic Design in his hometown of Valladolid, Spain. Shortly after, he enrolled in the Theater School of the Consortium of Artistic Education in Madrid, where he studied until the year 2000. Since then, he has combined his acting career with teaching, working with various groups and coordinating expression and interpretative direction workshops.

As a vocal coach and on-set assistant, he has also helped leaders strengthen their communication skills. He has performed in numerous theater productions, including with the National Drama Centre (Centro Dramático Nacional) in Spain.

A dedicated yoga practitioner since 2005, he trained as a Bikram yoga teacher in the United States and later specialized in Vinyasa Flow.

Andrés Bello

PROJECT MANAGER

He is a Business Administrator and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience leading growth strategies for startups and high-impact companies. As a co-founder of several startups and project director, he has designed and implemented methodologies that have accelerated the development of hundreds of businesses within the national ecosystem.

Widely recognized for creating and leading acceleration, scaling, and ecosystem-building programs, he has successfully connected emerging companies with investment funds and key industry players.

His career stands out for strategic rigor, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and a holistic vision of business development. Trained at Universidad Externado, with additional studies in Economic Law, he brings together expertise in consulting, innovation, and building entrepreneurial communities.

Michelle Arévalo Carpenter

CONSULTANT

Michelle has led key conversations in the global field of social and environmental impact—from her role as Executive Director of Strategy at SOCAP Global, one of the world’s leading impact investing forums, to her recent work as a content consultant for the Skoll World Forum, where she curated sessions focused on sustainable solutions.

She is currently a General Partner at IMPAQTO Capital, leading impact investments in the Andean region, with a focus on climate solutions and measurable environmental and social outcomes. As founder and former CEO of IMPAQTO, the first certified B Corp in Ecuador, she also conceptualized and launched CLIIQ, the Latin American chapter of the NEXUS Global Summit, creating a key space to connect impact leaders across the region.

Michelle holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in Quito with her husband and twin sons, a city they’ve chosen as home to continue driving social innovation in Latin America.
